On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Business ”
Atayed for 1 night and it was good. Staff friendly and knows how to speak english. Clean room and gabe a complimentary fruit. I would recommend foreigners to stay in this hotel since staff are very pleasant and willing to assist. A know how to speak english in china is a big factor

“Update two years on”
I have written on this property previously and had the opportunity to stay here again in 2018. The name is different, as Holiday Inn has sold the property to local investors. “Take-over at Qinhuangdao”
Great hotel in a great location, the employees are very friendly and always available forse everything or eventuence, great rooms. Buffet restaurant with many western dishes, anice food. Access to the beach very simple and pratical, really a nice place.

I stay around 2 weeks in this hotel. Generally I would say that it is a 4 star hotel not 5. The room was clean but surely some tiles are not looking as a 5 star.
