“Great Place to stay, Safe area, and helpful staff”

I stayed for two nights alone. The staff was very helpful in getting a tour set up for me. Gave me directions and walked outside to be sure that I knew the way. They stored my luggage for two days with no fees. The luggage was safely returned and everything in place. The hotel has free wi-fi and it worked great! Never any problems getting on line. You get a bedroom, living room, dining room, and full kitchen. Everything your need. There were local restaurants and convenient stores. You are just a couple blocks from the Metro. A very nice way to get around. You can also hop a tourist bus and travel around the ciy. Only a couple blocks. It was overall a great plus for my trip. I don't speak Spanish and it didn't matter!!

I am a bit of a regular to Santiago and this is my first stay at Top Apart. Having stayed at a couple of nearby competitor properties Top Apart is the cheapest but, it is for a reason! The apartments are old and lack a little in amenities (eg no toaster, no large mugs for my morning tea, no dish cloth, etc). However, they are a good size have decent balconies and are well located to my favourite watering hole, the Geo Pub Flannerys'!. WIFI is OK and free. I'm paying USD60 a night so how can I complain. The TV's work, the water is hot, it is very clean and if I need to bring my own mug who cares! Check in staff were also extremely helpful and I have had no problems during the stay to worry about.

“Top Aparthotel was convenient”

The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants in a beautiful area of Santiago. It is not convenient to visit the city center however. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants in a beautiful area of Santiago. It is not convenient to visit the city center however. It was easy walking distance to the Costanera Center and a number of restaurants. The room seemed clean but the drapes were slipping off the hooks, etc., which did not give a good impression. The breakfast room on the 2nd floor was tiny!

This apart-hotel is close to great restaurants and shopping in good area of Santiago. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, very clean, good rates. This apart-hotel is close to great restaurants and shopping in good area of Santiago. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, very clean, good rates. It even has free underground parking for those with vehicles. Nice lady brings breakfast items for the fridge every night including yogurt, juice, fresh fruit, and sandwiches. Maid service every day with fresh towels and linens (we loved the towels, large and fluffy). We'd definitely recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Santiago for business or leisure. Only thing we would change is to have a coffee maker in the room instead of supplying instant coffee. This isn't a 5 star hotel, but certainly has most ammenities including free wireless in all rooms. Loved staying here, felt very safe and comfortable.
