“Great hotel in good location.”

the hotel was very clean (Room, pool and check in area). Staff were friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was small but all I needed. Bathroom was clean with a great shower. Good location as a it is a short walk to Schooner's Wharf area and Sloppy Joe's on Duval.

Great location, easy to walk to restaurants, bars, the waterfront, etc. We had an issue with our original room -- leaky toilet and barely draining sink. I informed the hotel staff (Monika and Nora) and not only did they change our room, they upgraded us to a suite. I was not expecting this nor did I suggest it, but we were most appreciative. Good daily breakfast, with breakfast sandwiches, pastries, fruit, coffees/teas, juice. We'd stay here again.

This was our first time visiting Key West and the Fitch provided accommodations. I cannot say enough good things about this historic inn. We arrived a few hours prior to check in. The front desk offered to tag our luggage and leave it there so we could begin our exploration of KW; however, she did one more check and our room was ready! We checked in around 1:00! The room was very cozy! The bed was amazing! There were 2 fridges in the room and a huge tiled shower. The location was ideal! We were within walking distance of Duval, Mallory Square and Sunset Pier. If we had stayed at one of the condos, we would have been several miles away. I also felt very safe at the Fitch. We rented scooters while there and kept them on the street at night...no worries! The pool is a "cocktail" pool....just the perfect size for cooling off after exploring! The Fitch provided us with 2 $10 vouchers per day for breakfast at The Old Town Bakery just down the street....you will definitely want to check them out. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast sandwich and burrito with drinks and only owed 69 cents after our vouchers! "old Key West" feel. It is not luxurious like some condos, but it was a perfect symbolization of how Key West was years ago. We will return! One love, Tracy
