We booked a 4 night b&b stay here as our first ever Jersey holiday. After reading the reviews I knew it was dated decor wise before arriving and the reviews were spot on. The staff were friendly and helpful and a couple stood out above the rest, the assistant manager has a great knowledge of most places you wish to visit or eat at so is your go to guy. What Felix the barman doesn't know about alcohol isn't worth knowing, having run out of the gin I wanted he mixed up a delicious alternative and was spot on with taste. He can tell you the best drink and origin to suit any taste or occasion. The room we stayed in had a balcony with the most stunning views and was cleaned daily with minimal fuss or disturbance. After talking with other hotel guests it was very clear that nothing is too much trouble for the staff and not one of them made you feel unwelcome or unvalued. The swimming pool could do with being a few degrees warmer especially when the tides in but was clean and perfectly sized for a holiday swim and relax. If we ever return to Jersey would seriously consider staying here again.

“peaceful beautiful location”

quiet seafront hotel with pool. fantastic breakfast, attentive polite staff. easy walk to town centre, pubs, museums, galleries etc my room was small with no sea view but adequate for a few days solo trip

We stayed here fore for 4 nights last week, no on site parking even for unloading luggage, receponist unable to offer advise. Hubby found a carpark a bit of a walk away, but trying to park in the evening you are very lucky if you can get a space as it was also heavily used by the locals who have no space outside their own home due to yellow lines that are are in every surrounding road.Hotel itself was comfy and very clean offering a nice breakfast.
