“Great hotel”
Excellent hotel, took very good care of me. Very comfortable and very good food in the restaurant. The staff are very caring and will make every effort to make your stay a good one. Best hotel in the area. Make sure to try the specialties in the restaurant.

“Varanasi at Rivatas by Ideal”
From entrance to exit, the service was excellent in its simplicity. Everyone was kind without being 'in your face' all the time. My room was beautiful I used the dining and laundry service. Aadil. Perfect. As an added bonus the toc toc service.

“Biggest Rooms in a City Centre Property anywhere in the Country”
The largest rooms you could imagine in any city centre property. We had a privacy blast staying at the two Suites we booked for ourselves. “Great Stay!”
Comfortable Stay. Good Hospitality. Special mention Chitransh and Vivek Mishra at the restaurant. And Kamlesh in housekeeping. Made beautiful Ganesha with towels. Location is also good. Only minus point was that the breakfast spread is very limited.
