“Decent hotel, great location.”

The hotel was clean, tidy, great pool area with plenty of seating so it was a decent stay. The breakfast, lunch and dinner choice were good although we ate out a lot which was our choice. The hotel was clean, tidy, great pool area with plenty of seating so it was a decent stay. The breakfast, lunch and dinner choice were good although we ate out a lot which was our choice. The hotel was in a perfect location, couple minutes from the beach and a 10 minute walk from the main strip. The only thing that the hotel lacked was the entertainment, the entertainment team was a bit dead and no music around the pool, so loses a start. I would stay here again as it catered to our needs.

“Would not recommend for large families”

There is a lot of good and bad for this hotel…. Went as a family of 10! The hotel can not cope with big families and this was made clear from the start. Rooms were messed up on checking in, it was meant to be for 3 families 4 in one room and 3 in the other 2. No effort was made to rectify this, therefore we sorted it out ourselves. Was not able to sit together at meal times , was made clear on the first night that this could not be done. Therefore we had to sit separately each meal time no effort was made to accommodate a large family sitting together. Snacks, well there are burgers and hotdogs but these have to be reheated yourself as they are served cold each day. Bar staff and entertainment were amazing and couldn’t do enough for the guests. It’s a shame this didn’t work for the rest of the staff (restaurant, cleaners and front of desk staff) found these to be very rude and unprofessional the whole stay. The grandchildren had a fab time in the pool and was helped by the entertainment team, we also had a fab time with them. It was the restaurant staff who mainly let this hotel down and would not recommend this hotel to large families. Which is a shame as I have been to this area several times and stayed in other hotels with no issues at all.

“Just ok!”

The pros: - lovely staff - close to the beach - rooms are fine, clean and have balconies The cons: - Loud even on higher floors - checkout 10am (crazy for a 4*) - jacuzzis not fully functional - check in can be very slow during peak season, but we didn't have that problem - no fridge
