This hotel is an absolute gem. Don’t hesitate to book it! Pictures actually don’t do it justice. It’s a very charming well decorated hotel with “good vibes”. Firstly, the customer service is superb. We stayed in 5* hotels as we traveled through Brazil and this hotel had the best customer service. So warm and caring. They arranged everything for us. Took such good care of us. I truly appreciate it! The breakfasts were superb - fresh, delicious, with a lot of variety. Amazing coffee. A la cart menu as well as buffet items. We chose the gran suite room because it was big enough for an extra bed for our kid and it was such an amazing room!! The best part was the “Harry Potter” inspired entryway with fun walls, lights etc. our kid absolutely loved it and so did we! The room itself was huge and so well decorated. Comfortable beds, AC, balcony, everything you need really. We loved it so much that we decided to book the room again when we came back from staying on a nearby island, even though we were originally eyeing a different hotel. I also loved the location because it’s central but also at the end of a street so it’s quiet and peaceful. Stay here. You won’t regret. Big thank you to the staff for making our experience so special, and for all the help!

There wasn’t anything to fault with the Aram Yami hotel. The staff are absolutely incredible - attentive, informative and knowledgeable. The morning breakfast was superb - thank you to the kitchen staff who were always smiling! We chose the Bahia Suite which was perfect. Super large, comfortable bed with soft pillows, great A/C, separate shower and toilet and a wonderful view out to the pool. The pool area had stunning views across the bay. Complimentary drink and fruits on arrival. Wish we had more time here. Next time!

I had a great visit. The staff at Aram Yami are fantastic. The room and hotel are charming and true to their appearance online. The food (breakfast and snacks only) was fresh and delicious. Claudio makes a great caipirinha. But what impresses most is the staff. This was my first visit to Salvador and I don’t speak Portuguese. They helped us find restaurants, pointed us wherever we wanted to go, even walked with us through San Antonio to ensure we got where we were headed. They went above and beyond and made for a great trip.

“A jewel in Salvador”

I stayed at the hotel with my mom (we speak Portuguese) for a short visit but we fell in love with this hotel. The staff is FABULOUS and so friendly. We stayed in the Panoramic Suite and it is stunning. Teo huge balconies- one facing the bay and one the city. I wish there was a hammock but still we loved it. The best part was the shower with a glass ceiling so you can look at the blue sky. However if you have any mobility issues this is not the suite for you since the stairs are very narrow. We also loved the location- you can walk (during the day) to so many places and the people from the neighborhood are so friendly.
