“Love it”

We went there for 10 days with my girlfriend and we absolutelly love it every single day. The apartments are very clean keept,lovely swiming poll,we had top floor with superb see view. Will come back definitelly as soon we can!!!

We just walked in from the street and managed to get an apartment. It was a bit worn. When it was windy we had to put some paper in the entrance door stopping it from rattling. During the day buses and trucks passed by all the time making it a bit noisy to spend time at the balcony. In the evenings it was ok. We found the mattresses too hard but we were supplied with extra top mattresses from IKEA solving that problem. Fine restaurants close by and also a short walk to the beach. We stayed 17 days, leaving February 5th, and the main complaint would be the traffic noise.

We arrived here after a four and a half hour flight, to find the reception was closed. There was a phone number on the door to ring so we tried and someone turned up 10 minutes later. We arrived here after a four and a half hour flight, to find the reception was closed. There was a phone number on the door to ring so we tried and someone turned up 10 minutes later. After getting our key and safe key we went to our room. We were not impressed to find that the curtains had cigarette burns in them, the bathroom light did not work, and the sofa was very uncomfortable. However things got better, the light was fixed that day so we could see to shower, and there WAS plenty of hot water for us both. There was a fine view from our balcony overlooking the swimming pool and we were close enough to the restaurants to walk to in less than five minutes and the same to the beach and the bus terminus. We had maid services six days out of seven and everything was cleaned thoroughly. Most importantly we had clean comfortable beds. A mixed feedback, I know, but overall it was enjoyable, in a lovely, quiet part of Playa del Ingles with plenty of the neccessary facilities. I would go back, but take bath towels as the ones supplied were rather thin.
