Nearby areas were also good. Lots and lots pubs and restobar you can see there nearby it was amazing.

“Great location, decent rooms”

We booked this hotel room when we moved back to Bangalore for our initial stay. The staff here are very nice and they help you in every possible way. We booked this hotel room when we moved back to Bangalore for our initial stay. The staff here are very nice and they help you in every possible way. The location is very good and is close to almost everything. The rooms are spacious and well maintained though the place is a little old. They dont have a restaurant and hence every thing is room service. Their breakfast spread is pretty good. You order what you want in the night and they serve it in your room in the morning at your desired time. They dont have parking spaces, but you can park the car right outside the hotel. Overall a decent stay and worth the money.

Only drawback is that the hotel does not have its own dining area or a kitchen. Breakfast served is average. Some kind of demolition work was in progress nearby and hence there was lot of disturbance in the daytime

I booked a luxury suite through online booking a good 5 days before our date of travel. I booked a luxury suite through online booking a good 5 days before our date of travel. After reaching the hotel, we were given the dirtiest room...that too a deluxe suite.. small and musty room with dirty walls. immediately i requested for a change in room. we were given another room, which was better but definitely not a luxury suite!!!!. I am disappointed with the very callous attitude of the manager. He also had the dates wrong on the form. The air conditioner had a problem ( leaking water!!! ) , and there is no fan. we were provided with an old and broken fan. both the Ac and fan made a lot of noise in the room. renovation was happening, so the construction noise was disturbing. They sent a technician to repair the Ac on the second day of our stay. Overall i am not happy with my stay and i would definitely choose other hotels in indiranagar. Our stay here was bad, enjoyed only the restaurants and nightlife nearby. Shilton residence is good for solo travellers and business... not for family.
