Wow. How quiet! Arrived late afternoon after a quick swim at a quiet cove nearby (use maps to find the hotel as its tucked away a bit over rail line). Lovely hamlet. A warm welcome from the lady on reception, lots of explanation, always good. Exceptionally clean throughout. Had a shower, good flow and plenty of hot water. Sadly no evening meal available, which we had very much hoped for as our favourite is Thai/Asian cuisine. But given some local options, which we used for meals all worked out fine. A good sleep, very comfortable large bed, fine bedding, pillows etc. Breakfast an assortment of cold with pastries, ham and jams, good coffee, and juice. We stayed 2 nights, enjoyed every moment in this quiet spot. An ideal calm base for exploring either the coast, or the Picos, we loved it. We will be back, thank you all, Alejandro, Laarni, and Conchi for making us feel very at home. All our very best with your future projects, y Muchas Gracias.

“It was fine for what it was...”

All was well in every department, although the 'superior' room was not exactly big, and was surprisingly spartan. The dinner was Asian, which would have been fine, but we were tempted away to a cheese shop/maker to dine there instead. There are some interesting places in the nearby village.

I really enjoyed my evening´s stay at this Hotel. It was a bit rustic and HOT when we were here in early September but we were received with smiles and the same gentleman took our breakfast order (which was included in the room rate). I really enjoyed my evening´s stay at this Hotel. It was a bit rustic and HOT when we were here in early September but we were received with smiles and the same gentleman took our breakfast order (which was included in the room rate). The late evening sun streams in the rooms on our side became quite hot and steamy. Room was clean and comfortable for a one night's stay. The "town" or pueblo was tiny with very few services beyond two bar/restaurants.

“Large parking but very poor breakfast”

We stayed in this hotel only one night. It was chosen because we were not sure that it would be possible to find parking for the car in Llanes. But as it turned out, during september there is a lot of parking places. So, location of the hotel is not very good - in some kind of village with only on… lisää

We stayed in this hotel only one night. It was chosen because we were not sure that it would be possible to find parking for the car in Llanes. But as it turned out, during september there is a lot of parking places. So, location of the hotel is not very good - in some kind of village with only one restaurant. The hotel doesn't offer dinners. As for breakfast, it was very poor: a cup of coffee or tea with some pastries, one piece of hamon, mini package of butter and jam, a glass of orange juice and one fruit. No cereals, no eggs, no jogurt, no cheese. Moreover, you have to sit and wait when you will be served. Each item is given in turn for each table. So we were dissapointed. As for room, it was clean. But lightning was insufficient in the room.
