The location of the hotel is idyllic… white sand beaches and a perfectly crystal blue ocean. The facilities are impeccably clean, and the staff go out of their way to keep it that way. Our room was a haven thanks to Abdul H and Mohammed M…. (see photos) Nothing was overlooked. Also, please note, there ARE blackout shades in the room…. They are slightly obscured, so look behind the other curtains and you will find them! The restaurant staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. Mohammed and Ali took very good care of us at breakfast - there is a wide choice of dishes including porridge, omelette, croissants, yogurt etc. All delicious. For the evening half- board menu, Mohammed ( manager) went of his way to ensure we enjoyed a range of different foods. Nothing has been too much trouble, and we were very appreciative. Meals were also served to our room upon request, which was helpful, and gave us more flexibility in schedule. The gym and spa are also impressive, well- organized and clean. The view from the gym is enough to inspire anyone to exercise! Mohammed and crew work tirelessly to keep the pool and amenities pristine. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special.
