Stopped in with the kids on our way up to Canada. There are not of frills, but the TV worked, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast options (waffle, pastries, etc) were decent. Our room (one of the suites) appeared to have been recently renovated. The staff, both at night and in the morning, were very friendly and helpful. Not a bad place to stay, if you are looking for a bed and quick breakfast.

“An adequate hotel”

Through no fault of management, getting to this hotel was a challenge created by the signage used on New York State roads. Still after only two tries, we found the facility. The parking spaces were ample. In spite of the current trend for online check-in, here the process remains manual. No problem… lisää

Through no fault of management, getting to this hotel was a challenge created by the signage used on New York State roads. Still after only two tries, we found the facility. The parking spaces were ample. In spite of the current trend for online check-in, here the process remains manual. No problem. The room was older and somewhat worn (burn holes in the armchair and a couple more in a blanket on the bed), and bathroom ventilation was via a small window to open. The room was reasonably clean, but we still wore foot coverings. Everything worked fine: plenty of hot water for the shower, the heater/AV unit worked and was not overly loud, refrigerator was cold, and the wifi was very adequate. Even though the facility was right on a major highway, the room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. For being near the airport of a metropolitan area, the rate was fair. I would have stated that at checkout but we could find not one to check us out, so I merely left the room keys with a note.

“Stop over”

We were driving from Washington DC to Montreal. Fog, rain, road accidents. We were too tired to continue on the road. We stopped there for one night. Went to Taco Bell and slept well. Breakfast included the morning after. Cheap breakfast although. All in all it did the job. Most of all, the… lisää

Breakfast included the morning after. Cheap breakfast although. All in all it did the job. Most of all, the lady at the reception was very welcoming.
