Our stay was very pleasant, we can safely recommend this hotel, as everything was as stated, the staff very pleasant, the breakfast excellent, the location of hotel is fine, if we ever want to visit this region again, we will definitely choose this hotel.

Stayed here for a few days as a family - 2 adults and one teenager. Great location, free parking space, awesome breakfast and very friendly staff. Can highly recommend this place. Stayed here for a few days as a family - 2 adults and one teenager. Great location, free parking space, awesome breakfast and very friendly staff. Can highly recommend this place. We booked the Suite Aurora for the 3 of us. The pull out sofa was comfortable for our son and the balcony was just awesome, only made better by the private whirlpool which we used a lot. The only thing I would change would maybe be the bed size, as it was quite a bit smaller than what we are used to. But this is just a recommendation and nothing which had a negative influence on our stay. Can absolutely recommend this beautiful hotel and hope we will be back one day.

We have spent a wonderful three days at the Cabin Hotel Luino. The environment is beautiful, the hotel is lovely, and the staff is very kind and helpful. We have spent a wonderful three days at the Cabin Hotel Luino. The environment is beautiful, the hotel is lovely, and the staff is very kind and helpful. This was our third time at the hotel, and we can't wait to return. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is generous, and we particularly enjoyed having an afternoon drink at the bar.

“Lovely location but needs to think customer experience”

Beautiful location and fabulous jacuzzi and sauna with lake views. Breakfast was good. A few niggles brought my review score down. No water in room. Beautiful location and fabulous jacuzzi and sauna with lake views. Breakfast was good. A few niggles brought my review score down. No water in room. There is a nespresso machine in room but charge €2 to use it. No tea provided or coffee free of charge in a 4* hotel? When using sauna/jacuzzi we had to walk in swimsuits ( no change facility) using our room towel and walked back with wet feet - think about putting robes and slippers in room perhaps. When checking out I was told we could have phoned and asked for towels but this wasn’t shared at check-in and we weren’t the only ones as others were walking back wet and without a robe/slippers. In all, a good stay that could have been improved with a few simple tweaks.
