“Best Hotel I have stayed at in Thailand!”

Im a frequent traveller to Phuket and Thailand for business and have stayed at many hotels in the area. This is my second time staying at Thai Boutique Resort and I can honestly say it is the best hotel in the area if you are looking for a peaceful stay with amazing views... the sunrise view from the balcony or rooftop restaraunt in the morning is defintely a great way to start the day! Plus the rooms are defintely more bigger and more luxurious than many of the others I've stayed in over the years in Phuket. The staff are super friendly and accommodating when you need something such as fresh towels for the room, pool or beach and they can also set you up with cheap motorbike rentals directly there at the front desk. And if you plan on making any day trips over to the southern phuket islands like Phi Phi or Coral Island, or you are going to do stuff like elephant trekking, gun shooting or other activities, make sure you book it at the hotel reception as they will definitely get you the best prices without haggling and arrange pick up/drop off straight from the hotel. Also, its worth mentioning that the hotel seems to have undergone some nice upgrades since my last visit in Jan 2015. They have new pool deck chairs, a new sauna/spa area and the daily breakfast has certainly got better in quality! My friend also stayed in one of the pool villas with his family for a few days while I was there and I noticed his villa had a convenient little kitchen setup. The pool villas are perfect if you have kids that can swim because you are able to just sit and chill while you monitor the kids in the pool. If your kids aren't of swimming age - then you might want to consider one of the actual rooms upsatirs. There is a small pool bar where you can buy cocktails and other drinks, plus there is another bar located up on the roof next to the restaraunt. TIP: Try and book around full-moon because you will see an amazing view from the rooftop bar. I prefer a more laid-back stay when I go to Phuket so that's why I stay in Rawai. I prefer the beautiful beaches around the sothern area of Phuket over the party life of Pating. And its perfect because I occassionally go island hopping on long-tail boats when friends come over - which can be done only minutes fom the hotel at Rawai beach. Plus there are plenty of supermarkets, local markets and nice restaraunts in Rawai and the surrounding areas. The beautiful and vibrant Kata, Karon and Nai Harn beach are literally only a few minutes drive from the hotel and you can actually be in Patong in about 20-30 minutes if you still want to party. TIP: Keep a look out for local night market which is straight accross the road from the hotel - you can buy cheap delicious Thai food and many other things. There is also a big supermarket about just down the road from the entrance of the Thai Boutique Resort driveway. So all in all - another wonderful stay at the Thai Boutique Resort and I will defintely be back again in a few months when I sort my available dates out! P.S. Also should note that the Internet Wi-fi is super fast and reliable. I needed to do some very important things online during my stay and never had a problem with the connection.

“The best small hotel I've seen ever”

The hotel is cozy and very comfortable. We lived in a villa near the pool. Staff provided an extra bed for our child. It is very convenient because we could put him to sleep, and do enjoy the pool and bar here. Hotel staff is very friendly and responsive to all our requests . Directly at the hotel you can buy a tour and go there right from the hotel. Food in the restaurant is very tasty . The hotel location is very apt for a family holiday . It's so quiet place. There are no rowdy drunken companies or car traffic. Nevertheless, the road to the Nai Harn beach takes only five minutes.

“Very nice hotel with the worst Internet I've seen.”

When you are paying ~2000THB for room, you expect certain level of service, which does not exist in andaman Thai resort. No restaurant, no place to buy a drink while on pool and Internet that does not work. I need Internet daily and had to go to the local Internet care to check my mail. I would hav… lisää

When you are paying ~2000THB for room, you expect certain level of service, which does not exist in andaman Thai resort. No restaurant, no place to buy a drink while on pool and Internet that does not work. I need Internet daily and had to go to the local Internet care to check my mail. I would have preferred to sit on my balcony sip a coffee and write my mails. That being said third floor room with a sea view is fantastic, one can open the big doors and get the sea breeze in to the room, which I prefer over the ac. Rooms are big and cleaned daily. I won't be coming again as you can get the same quality room with better service and better Internet in Rawai.
