There are so many positives about this property; the rooms are fantastic value for money, the staff on the front desk are very welcoming and accommodating (they helped to somehow find my lost property on the train!), the location in Berlin (near a main train station) and the overall experience. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough, particularly for a city break.

Great welcome on arrival. We were given our room 3 hours before allotted check in time by friendly front of house staff. The bar is good. Nice beer, if a little expensive. Our room was small. But had all required. A huge point is location. A few meters from main transport. We have decided that Berlin is not for us, so would won't be returning, but have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We revisited the hotel in September and whilst it was a bit dated in places it's still a great place to stay. It's well located near the bus and train station and near the shops. Breakfast is really good well worth it if you pay in advance. We have been trying to book for next September but it looks like it's closing which is a pity as it is a good hotel

“Great location. ”

Friendly staff. 5 minutes walking from Berlin zoo (ideal for families). "Zoologischer" underground station 400m away were you can get a train, straight to and from Schönefeld Airport (duration: 45 minutes). Cozi rooms.
