“Nice, but small uncomfortable rooms”
The hotel is conveniently located across from Copacabana Beach. The staff are helpful but have limited information about touristic activities. There is no concierge. “A great disappointment”
A delegation from my company stayed at the Windsor Excelsior for 4 nights. We arrived late and the check-in went.smoothly. We all had horrible rooms at the back with multiple beds.
