Our second time staying, and despite it being 3 year since we last stayed, the receptionist, Magda, immediately remembered us! This resort has apartments, which is so much more convenient than just an ensuite room..... and a lot quieter! Our apartment was clean (& serviced regularly throughout the week). All staff are pleasant and we were greeted each morning by them with a "Hola!" Cala 'n Bosch is a great place to stay on the island with plenty of restaurants, shops, a beach and the harbour. Marinda Gardens is the ideal place to stay with so much to see and do plus a bus stop directly outside that leads you straight into the old town of Ciutadella. The pool at Marinda Gardens is ideal for children and serious swimmers. And if you fancy a change of pools, next door is the AquaRock water park, with unlimited access for Marinda guests (free entry - however you do need to pay for a sunbed if you want to use one for 3.50 euros). Entertainment is crowd pleasing for the young (& not so young). Food is ok too. Each night there was a different theme, from Asian to American food. Plenty to choose from with a great variety. Apartments are for up to 4 people only. Twin beds with a sofa bed in the lounge area. There is also a patio with each apartment with a table & chairs. A kitchenette has a kettle, toaster and microwave included with a few crockery/cutlery items. We stayed in a ground floor apartment. The deluxe apartments on the upper floors cost more to stay in but have a large 4 posted day bed on the veranda. This is definitely one of the best places to stay when visiting Cala 'n Bosch. We're now preparing to return in May 2025 for the 3rd time. But this time we are taking our children and grandchildren. Can't wait as I know they're going to love it as much as us!

We travelled as a family of four during August 2024 and on the whole had a great holiday. Reception Staff were always very helpful and even left us a bottle of prosecco and some chocolates in our room on the day of our anniversary, lovely touch!! We stayed in a ground floor apartment with terrace. Room was ok, not much space and very basic but had everything we needed. It was not ideal with two young children though as it was not enclosed and they could not go outside without one of us. Next time we would choose a deluxe apartment with balcony for extra outdoor space. Food was self service and lovely!! always plenty of choice and there was a theme every night. Only criticism was that only ice cream cones were available on AI package which was quite odd. We don't really like ice cream and much prefer ice lollys. On one day the ice cream machine did not work and we were offered an ice lolly instead and the children were thrilled!! When I later on asked the staff member at the pool bar for another ice lolly explaining that the children don't like ice cream she was very rude and refused and said the ice cream machine was now working. Considering the price we had paid for the holiday it would be nice to have a choice. Drinks were self service- water, soft drinks and beer. We went to the water park next door everyday- great way to break the day up and the children loved it!! Location is great, with two young children (5 and 2) it was only an hour journey from the airport. Cala'n Bosch is lovely, we would walk every day down to the harbour and have a drink. Lots of lovely bars and shops. On the whole we had a lovely holiday and would stay again :)

We had a very good time at this hotel The staff were very friendly especially on reception The food was good always found something to eat In the evenings the entertainment was probably the best I have seen abroad On my birthday I was left a bottle of champagne which was a lovely things to do The only thing I could say as a negative was being charged for the towels My husband did query this as we have travelled all over the world all inclusive and this is the first time ever we have had to pay.

“Marinda Garden, Cala'n Bosch, Menorca”

We stayed here for a few days at the end of Sept, beginning of Oct 2024. It was our first time at this hotel and to the island of Menorca. The transfer with TUI was around 1,1/2hours so not the best but once we arrived, the check in was swift and we promptly found our room. Our room was facing the main road and not far from the mini golf. There was a gate to get out onto the main road near our room and so we could walk to the harbour in around 3-5mins as we are both able bodied and can easily walk etc. The harbour is lovely with a great choice of bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop outside the hotel on the main road and we were informed that the bus to Ciutadella cost around 2 Euros each, each way. A taxi cost around 15 Euros each way and we went for this option. Ciutadella was lovely and well worth a visit. We found the hotel and the staff to all be lovely and helpful. The rooms were okay and there were plenty of sunbeds around the pool area. The food at the pool snack bar was okay and was made to order. We stayed all inclusive and there was plenty of choice at all meal times and there was no problem with getting drinks. There are water stations around the hotel which is really great so you can help yourself and refill water bottles at your leisure. There is also various soft drinks and beer on tap so again, this is really helpful and reduces the queues at the bars. The only negative that I could say is that we contacted the hotel prior to the holiday to advise that we had recently got married and since we were all inclusive, we did expect a bottle of fizz in the room but unfortunately this wasn’t the case which is a shame. If we returned to Menorca, we would definitely consider returning to this hotel.
