“swimming cap”
The rooms were well stocked the the hotel restaurants were very good. I recommend trying the fresh passion fruit. The only thing was that to swim, you had to wear a swimming cap. The hotel provides them, but it was interesting to be asked by the lifeguard to put one on.

“Staff extra mile , think out of the box”

“Pearl of Beihai”
Perfect Hotel for holiday with best quality, absolute perfect service, comfortable rooms. The best of all: th outdoor-pool with trees all around, the wellness with sauna and whirlpool and last not least the outstanding chinese restaurant in the second floor!

“Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous swimming pool”
The Shangri-La is a beautiful hotel, highly recommended if you are visiting Beihai. The rooms are spacious and the view overlooking the Beibu Gulf from the upper floors is spectacular. But the real highlight is the swimming pool, which is absolutely gorgeous and very relaxing.

“Fantastic stay!!”
Lovely rooms, great facilities and the restaurant was absolutely delicious - top quality!! The set menu options are also great value - best dishes were the double boiled pork in Hakka style, fried silver pomfret with salt and the stewed homemade tofu with truffle sauce - hard to narrow them down!
