“Exceptional Hotel. Spent two weeks at Royal Palms (Feb 2025). Great service,great food, lovely spacious rooms. Very hard to find”
Best food we have ever had in an all inclusive hotel. Wide range of food with a varied choice everyday.Service exceptional. Never had to wait to be served and always a sunbed avail.Best place to use as a base to tour/see the island. Strongly recommend.

“I went to Royal Palm with my friends who came from the UK. While we were in the pool, a pool attendant approached us, greeted us, and asked if we were okay. “Perfect experience”
I was perfekt. Sanjeewa was pefert manager at the restaurant. He Is perfect artist with rise. We were satisfied. Only thé beach Is small, but waves are perfect, people are kind and food is delicious.We were on trip with Suta,IT was perfect And woman Sytha ať thé beach Is wonderful.

“A Perfect End to a Fantastic Holiday”
Ended our 18 days of touring Sri Lanka at this hotel. Hotel and staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and any problems ( like hubby fusing the lights) is attended to quickly. “Loved staying at The Royal Palms the staff were all helpful and friendly”
Great time spent at Palms Beach. Staff were all friendly and helpful particularly Champa who has just started as an Animator and Rusiru in the restaurant. Food very good and hotel clean and organised. Beach wasn’t so great but pool made up for it ! Would return.
