“NICE COMPLEX BUT NO SWIMMING OR SNORKELING ON GROUNDS”
UNIT was very nice and well stocked. we were disappointed that there were no USB outlets and NO outlets near a table to work on computer and no extension cords. that was a pain! beach not great to access for swimming at all. nice walk to the small mall with groceries etc. nice pool and courts and l… more

“Great condo , cheaper than Waikaloa area ”
I think it was unit 301 ( bottom floor corner building 3). They supplied everything you need for great Hawaii vacation. Towels, umbrella, coolers, snorkel gear etc We had gorgeous sunset views and all amenities. Walls/doors are not sound proof. Could hear upstairs neighbors and son snoring in… more

“Spacious hotel!!!”
It is a really nice hotel/apartment! They have a ton of amenities including a pool, tennis/racquet/pickle ball, courts, and a big “backyard.” The hotel is really close to the water, and has a great view of the shoreline! “Lacks a Hot Tub”
The only downside for this property is no hot tub. Otherwise, this property is great. Close to everything. Gated property. Air Conditioning. Condo is very nice. There was a power outage twice to the whole area during our stay. Overall, super nice.

“Celebrating My 65th Birthday 🎂”
Quiet. Relaxing. After touring all over Kailua-Kona, its nice to find a quiet and relaxing place. Its close to Kona town. Only thing I dont like is us running the dishwasher and throwing the garbage. We are two old people on vacation and feel lazy doing those
