“Perfect getaway”

Lovely hotel, good choice of food at the buffet and the added bonus of not having to pre reserve for the speciality restaurants. Pool area clean and spacious, right on the beach. Rooms well appointed and maintained and lastly the staff were all friendly and helpful.

“Best Vacation Ever”

We’ve stayed at this resort 4 times in the last 9 years (most recently February 2025) and have absolutely loved it every time. All employees are kind, friendly, and have great service. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. Food was great, and our picky eaters (kids) have never had a problem finding something they like as well. We never went to any al a cartes because we enjoyed the buffet at dinner so much. There are animals to see on resort (agoutis, coatis, iguanas, and a spider monkey named Valentine that came every morning) that our kids loved too. Our server at breakfast and lunch Nestor was phenomenal, very friendly, kind and caring, and we look forward to seeing him every year we’ve visited, he really does make our vacation so much better. Fransisco was our evening waiter and he is also great, friendly and made our evenings very enjoyable! You won’t regret coming to this resort, it truly is incredible.

Fantastic experience at a well thought out complex that had the right balance. The food variety was excellent, variations and the option of traditional Mexican tacos, which again varied every day. The biggest plus of our stay were the friendly and helpful staff, who are a real asset, and will be a big factor in bringing us back again. The bar staff especially Froy, and Fernando remembered my name I use 'Pedro' in Spanish speaking world, and remembered the drinks and were so helpful to everyone. The breakfast waiter Nestor always a pleasure, the afternoon restaurant waiter Carlos could not have been any friendlier or more helpful, as was Estrella and Marella in evening. Jonathon at Reception was so helpful when I asked about public transport options to go to Tulum, explaining carefully where to get collectivos and information on walking distances as my wife has mobility considerations. Rooms, restaurants etc kept spotless by a team of attentive cleaning staff. Would well recommend.
