“This hotel has great lounge staff.”
It has a very good location and a great view. There is a lounge on the 35th floor with a great view of the tower. “Business trip”
I stay this hotel 15years. Hotel lounge have nice and excellent view. Hotel have good service.The shopping center is nearby. You can walk from the inside hotel to the shopping center. Cathy and her colleagues are always nice and helpful.That is reason I choose this hotel and future.

“Radisson New World Shanghai.”
Fantastic Customer Service. I used the business lounge today and I was greeted by Cathy and her colleagues. Cathy and the team were very helpful and made my stay very relaxing. I prefer to use this hotel whenever I’m travelling in China. Highly recommend!!

“Best place to stay in Shanghai”
Hotel location is very convenient. With walking access to 3 metro lines, Nanjing road pedestrian walk and The new world shopping mall next door. Room is spacious.
