I was very hesitant to stay here after reading the reviews. But this is a typical case of you get what you pay for, I’m not disappointed when I take a big picture view of what we get for the price, Service is what I expected, staff are very nice, food is good, My sense is that the people who are disappointed want a 5 star experience, that costs more. Sorry folks. Been there, done that. My message to all the lovely folks who make the day a little better is thanks,

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the staff were welcoming and the price reasonable, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. First, the positives: The location is great, especially if you’re looking for a quiet getaway, though you’ll definitely need a car as there isn’t much nearby. The beach towels were good quality, and the air conditioning was certainly powerful—if anything, it felt like a fridge & very noisy Now, the downsides. The hotel is absolutely falling apart. There’s no way it was refurbished in 2013 as advertised—everything feels old, worn-out, and in need of serious attention. The electrical sockets were overloaded, which didn’t feel particularly safe. And while the room price was reasonable, breakfast was massively overpriced for what was offered. I’m honestly surprised Radisson put their name on this place. It has potential, but until they invest in proper maintenance and updates, I wouldn’t stay again.

The building is falling apart . Worst wifi ever , Cuba has better wifi, could even check in to my flight , even business center guy couldn’t get theirs to work. Someone’s hair in our shower on arrival , door falling apart , actually the building does not look safe. Staff do their best considering terrible conditions. Even the chairs they sit on at greeting desk are taped to hold together. Never again , fix your building radisson it’s a real …. Hole

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights before embarking on a cruise around the Windward Islands. This hotel is quite dated and in need of refurbishment, I don’t think our room had been decorated for some time and the bathroom was absolutely dreadful, probably the worst bathroom we have ever experienced. The shower was awkward to use, it was difficult to get the right temperature and water pressure, the fittings were ancient, not what I was expecting from a Radisson hotel. We also experienced a lot of disturbance from the room next door who had their television on, quite loudly, at 2 am 😩. We have given it 3/5 because the bed was very comfy, the bedding was good quality with lovely soft pillows. We had some tasty meals at the hotel and breakfast was quite good. The staff are very helpful and friendly both in reception and the restaurant. Our room was also kept nice and clean. We were allocated this hotel via Iglu cruises, not sure if we would stay here again purely because of the awful bathroom.
