The place might still be in renovating rooms, and the grounds are very plain, but the care the staff take in the place is excellent. First off our room and the breakfast area was extremely clean. The linens were nicely washed and crisp. The front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast room is small because it wasn’t original to the hotel design, but the staff replenish food continually and keep it neat and clean. The building isn’t all that sound proof which is sort of a bummer. The fridge in the room is a nice size though. If you just need a place to sleep it’s a good option. Easy to get to the rattlesnake hill wine area.

“Good basic hotel. Friendly & pleasant staff.”

The hotel is located just off the highway in the rather pleasant small town of Toppenish. It is a basic two storey, non elevator building with adequate parking. The hotel is located just off the highway in the rather pleasant small town of Toppenish. It is a basic two storey, non elevator building with adequate parking. There is a small breakfast room, and although it has only three tables, we were always able to find a seat. The breakfast is satisfactory although they did run out of milk before 8am one morning. The rooms are really nice , the one we had was a really nice size, and the a/c worked well. The staff, including the manager, are very friendly and helpful . We did have a problem with front desk procedures, but as these have been addressed to our complete satisfaction, this is not reflected in our ratings.
