PH Macka Palas provided us a fabulous vacation experience! This was our 4th stay at the PH and just loved it. Superb customer service from start to finish. Unless you are at top tier status at Hyatt, you might find the buffet breakfast a bit expensive.

I thank you for the wonderful stay, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel room was clean and the location of it was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and well cooked. The restaurants in the hotel was good as well. An overall pleasant experience and would definitely visit again.
