Located in Cardedu, in the Ogliastra region, the Cala Luas Hotel Resort is located by the sea, 200 meters from the sandy beach stemming from the Cardedu Marina, in the locality of Foddini. Along the coast of the Ogliastra you can visit the wonderful beaches of Su Sirboni, Perdepera and Coccorocci, to the South, and Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritzè, and Sa Perda Longa to the North. Sheltered by a beautiful pine forest, the resort features an equipped beach (with loungers and beach umbrellas at your disposal). Blending seamlessly into the surrounding nature, the resort also boasts a pool, entertainment staff and a children’s playground. The units are scattered around the resort’s green areas, and are interspersed with arches, pathways, terraces and gardens. The architecture recalls the ancient villages by the Mediterranean sea. You can discover the Ogliastra region by bike, motorcycle and on foot, thanks to the many paths and trails. The Ulassai Caves, the Trenino Verde (The Little Green Train of Sardinia), the Lanusei Observatory, the rock formations known as the “Tacchi”: these are just a few of the attractions to visit around the hotel. The resort gives you the opportunity to rent bicycles on site, and guests traveling on motorcycle or bike can take advantage of the onsite repair shop. Spacious and cosy, all the rooms feature tiled/marble floors and typical Sardinian furnishings. Located on the ground or first floor, some boast a sea view, other overlook the surrounding countryside or the resort. The hotel features 170 rooms, one of which a single room, and 7 of which can accommodate guests with disabilities, being located on the ground floor and equipped with pathways connecting them to the facilities area, the sea and the pool.
