We are frequent visitors to Aberdeen and, when our stay is likely to be for a week or more, we now always choose Oakhill. Having stayed in a number of their apartments, I can say that all have been finished to the same high standard including good internet, sky tv, and a fully supplied kitchen with everything you need for cooking 'at home'. For me though, it's the service given by the staff at Oakhill that knocks spots off its competitors. Friendly, accommodating, efficient - I can't fault it!! Highly recommend this company.

We stayed at the Kings Gate road property (3BR) n our move to Aberdeen for about 40 days and enjoyed the stay. Property was well maintained and clean. Cleaning service was provided every week. Welcome basket consisted biscuits, jams, butter, bread, crisps, milk, juice etc. Staff who came to deliver keys was very friendly and warm. Good location, free internet, free television and free international calls to many countries. I wont mind staying in the same place again.

For those who could use a little extra breathing room- compared to a typical hotel room. Peace & quiet, {or lack thereof} fully dependant on who occupies the adjacent units during your stay. Not having any carpeting, door buffering, or sound insulation- can mean you hear the neighbors' goings on. On the bright side, my unit was kept virtuslly spotless. The cleaning ladies sanitize efficiently- despite only weekly cleanings. The sleek design of my unit- with silvery touches- is largely pleasing to the eye. It looks like a brand new four-storey block of flats. This outlying neighborhood of Aberdeen- is made up of rather densely packed low rise, multiple family apartment buildings. Not far away, is a pub- followed a few minutes farther away by two supermarkets & a home improvement warehouse. The access street is two way, but parked cars often effectively make it a one lane street. There is a free parking spot included. The internet is strong, & the wifi is complimentary. For the high tariff my unit cost- I would hope they could soon be able to reinvest some of their profits in carpets & other soundproofing measures. There is no front desk. The staff drives over from a nearby office- to greet you & give you the keys.
