“Good location”

Hotel location is very convenient with shops and restaurants, accessible to Jordan MTR station within 3 min walk and is a short walk towards Temple Street. Rooms are clean, comfortable with decent space area. Suitable for family with kids.

First time staying in this hotel and was happy with it. The rooms, according to my friend who had stayed there last time, had been refurbished and now it looked clean and comfortable. While the toilet could be a bit smaller, it is still functional. The staff was very helpful, allowing us to have the key to one of our rooms first prior to check-in time. The area is within walking distance to the night markets and various eateries that offered good breakfast and dinner. This hotel will be on my top of the list in future when I come back again.

Location was great, under 10 minute walk to Jordan MTR. Also decent walk to Mongkok or few blocks to Temple street night market for eateries. Supermarket, pharmacy and lots of other shops around this hotel. The hotel itself is quite old so you can see and smell that in the rooms too. Ours was a decent size with balcony. Limited toiletries but I think that's the new way forward. Tea and coffee making facilities, ironing board and iron and safe. The breakfast buffet was the stand-up, great range of hot and cold options, continental and traditional foods. Customer Service was good, they instantly fixed a loose light bulb in the shower. But the disappointing experience was the old bed linen. We asked for it to be changed which they did but didn't seem to be new linen. I ended up with bug bites towards the end of the stay so that was the only negative. I hope they get new bed linen in all rooms.

Good location. Closed to subway station. That's all. First night my room has terrible smell from the drains and sink in the bathroom. Hotel sent someone did a quick fix. It temporarily fixed it until the morning. I reported to the front desk and they switched me to another room. However, another problem came up. I felt itchy and woke up in the middle of the night with red spots on my arms and the back. Reported to the front desk the next morning. The manager blamed that on the humidity. I don't think that is the reasons. He said they will change the beddings, blanket and pillow cases. Unfortunately, the red spots, more like insects bites continues although not as bad. I thought about changing to a different hotel but decided not to since only a few more days before leaving. On the day for me to check out, the hotel gave me another surprise that I need to pay HK$3.00 for a short local call I made. I was never told local call would be charged. Complained to the manger and he did not receive it well. At the end, the charged was voided. It is unfortunate that it has not be a good experience for my stay. There is only one thing positive for me to say is the room server on my floor she was very good and attentive to my concern. The hotel is lucky to have her as a staff. Most likely I will not stay here in the future.
