A top class welcoming guest house for the regular business traveller. Hassle free, superbly comfortable room and facilities. Breakfast served on time and delicious. “Great Guest House”
Perfectly clean and comfortable room. Perfectly situated for all things York. The bonus was the beautiful walk along the river into town. Would not hesitate to book here again, thank you, lovely stay. Easy walk for us from the station to the guest house.

“Spacious room friendly staff”
I had a spacious room with double bed, a big window I could open, enough space for a little table to read or eat if you order breakfast which is delivered to your oom, and a roomy en-suite shower room. We spent two lovely nights at Moorgarth while we visited York for the races. We were warmly welcomed by Greg on arrival and had our parking spot reserved.
