“Huge improvement.”
I didn't stay but attended an event. The reception staff were polite, enthusiastic and very helpful a cut above the normal disinterested experience one usually gets from hotel receptionists. Nice refurb on the hotel also. Well done guys.

“Excellent stay at friendly hotel.”
Approaching the hotel looked a little jaded, but once inside we changed our view. We were impressed with the reception areas and the bar. “Nice hotel but a bit dated”
Hotel is very well located, just off the York Ring Road and just a ten minute walk to the regular park and ride bus service into the city. “very pleasant stay”
all the staff were rxcellent and helpful but expeically Paramifa on reception Thanks Main down sides - the gym is not on site and the local bus service is Limited unless usiing the park and ride. Check all bus times carefully. This is a countryside bus service
