“Outstanding stay”
We stayed for just two nights but it was excellent. Having stayed at other Mercures, everything was as expected. What wasn’t expected was the service provided by Thomas Croissant. Comfortable rooms though it must be Accor policy not to have air conditioning switched on as room was very warm due to thundery weather and thunderstorm which flooded and brought down the ceiling in the restaurant.
