“A real gem”
Excellent hotel with an outstanding staff. This is a real gem of a hotel. Well maintained, very convenient to the highway and ample free parking. It is also very quiet. Also glad to know it is pet friendly for the next time I visit I’ll have my dog with me. I will definitely be back.

“Delicious Breakfast at the Best Western Inn of Los Gatos”
We were only in Los Gatos 24 hours for a family wedding, so we chose to stay at The Best Western as it was a straight shot to the venue and was reasonably priced. “Clean and Quiet Hotel”
We recommend this Best Western if you are visiting the Mountain Winery. Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Good and safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds. we enjoyed the breakfast with good options. I would have given 5 stars but the pool could have been bigger and updated.

“Not impressed”
The breakfast area is the lobby. There are very few places to sit and it is very crowded with breakfast and check-out. Hotel either needs to give up on breakfast or modify a couple rooms to make a decent breakfast area. Rooms are OK, bathroom is tiny.
