Clean, quiet hotel that is located right across the road from a supermarket and laundrette, and a short 5-minute walk to Earl's Court station which is very convenient if you are travelling to Heathrow or to central London. The room did not have slippers or bathrobes, but staff delivered them promptly when we asked for them. Lots of nice restaurants in the area.

“Nice hotel”

The hotel has a good location with Gloucester road underground station a short walk away. There is a Sainsbury’s across the street. We stayed in a big family room. The room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was OK and so was the food in the executive lounge. The staff was nice and helpf… more

The hotel has a good location with Gloucester road underground station a short walk away. There is a Sainsbury’s across the street. We stayed in a big family room. The room was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was OK and so was the food in the executive lounge. The staff was nice and helpful, especially the house keeping who left our room spotless each morning.

“Good location but business facilities and meetings rooms need improving”

Great location for myself and middle eastern delegates. Efficient friendly reception staff, comfortable bedrooms. Breakfast was reasonable. Great location for myself and middle eastern delegates. Efficient friendly reception staff, comfortable bedrooms. Breakfast was reasonable. Lunch was provided to myself and delegates and was well received. Downside was the provision of AV and other facilities in the meeting room. A total of 4 projectors were used before a serviceable one was found. Initially no screen was provided just showing on a plain beige covered wall. Sorted eventually but on the penultimate day of training !

I was extremely disappointed as a platinum elite member during my stay here. Two days prior to checking in, I requested for a higher floor. I also made sure to double check if my request was noted prior to coming to the hotel. Upon checking in, I found out I was assigned a room on the first floor. … more

I was extremely disappointed as a platinum elite member during my stay here. Two days prior to checking in, I requested for a higher floor. I also made sure to double check if my request was noted prior to coming to the hotel. Upon checking in, I found out I was assigned a room on the first floor. Despite my persistent request for a higher floor, I felt like my loyalty was disregarded. I understand that it might be due to their booking capacity on New Year’s eve. Moreover, the thermostat in the room was only blowing warm air despite it being turned down the coldest temperature. I brought it to their attention but there was nothing they could do at that time. So I had to open the window with no view to let some air in. Overall, I wish that the service will be better for future guests and make everyone feel welcome and heard.
