when i meet friends in downtown we rent room for our party dor 3-4 people this hotel is famous for friends party like us! rhey have bathtub near windows we could enjoy party mood easily nice location and reasonable price is best things for us

“Excellent hotel to stay in Seoul”

We enjoyed our stay very much in this hotel, the staff is very friendly and speaks English. The rooms are fantastic with a great bathroom (looks at my pics), a PC, Hairdryer, Coffee maker etc. Restaurants all in the neighbourhood, as well as heaps of shops.

If you are in this area of Seoul and haven't booked a hotel, this hotel can be an option. Nothing fancy and a few buildings are next to each other and named with alphabet (e.g. L,F, E). This is one of typical clean room which designed for short-stopover for people who like to make out during the day. So the room has big bed and jacuzzi and tv. Not design for long stay or tourists. No restaurant on site as most visitors are here for a few hours. Therefore, overnight stay is only about $50 including tax (this is the price you pay at the hotel as you walk in). So don't book online. There is instant coffee/tea in the room. Some typical Korean snacks available at a store right outside of hotel. Clean room. Not very good wifi. Many TV channels.

“Each building differs, beware.”

I have stayed in each building at least once. They each have different managers, so the quality differs between each one. I found that the F Hotel is the best, being the cleanest and the amenities good. Avoid E like the plague. Absolutely terrible and disgusting. L is pretty good, I is just so… more

I have stayed in each building at least once. They each have different managers, so the quality differs between each one. I found that the F Hotel is the best, being the cleanest and the amenities good. Avoid E like the plague. Absolutely terrible and disgusting. L is pretty good, I is just so-so. However, F is really good and for the price, is worth it. In addition, it is in a great spot for some wonderful shopping in Yeongdongpo.

Well, it could have been cool and nice, but ended up being average and poor. The location is borderline popular quarter, with adult night entertainment type of crowd in the vicinity. The hotel is somewhat well organised, but the rooms are split in between 2 wings, one directly after the reception were the rooms were really nice and ample, and one after an indoor/outdoor area, where the rooms were like Formula 1 type of cabins. So check where you land, as you might experience a worth result if your room is on the other side (mine wasn't, my colleague's were) The deco is really funny and modern, design and inspired but running down and chipped mostly. The guest profile is late 20's, early 30's on a budget. The rooms are clean and the personal is nice, but completely useless in English. The price are good for the value somehow and if you travel on a budget, it can make the day. But definitely not a business place, as we arrived last minute in Seoul for a meeting and the whole city was booked out because of 3 fairs happening at the same time. That was our only fall back plan.
