“Beautiful room and perfect location”

We stayed here for two nights and we loved it. The room was spacious and beautiful, newly renovated. We had a nice little balcony. Francesco was super nice and helpful, will definitely stay here my next time in Florence

The guest house is located about 5-10mins away from the central station on foot, and walkable distance to the older part of the city. We've informed the staff on our estimated time of arrival, and he helped to carry our luggage up the stairs. (The lift does not stop at the floor which the guest house is located). Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. Besides showing us the room, he also informed us on the places of interests with a map, and shared the location of nearby laundromats. The room was spacious and furniture are adequate. The double bed does not come with a comforter/duvet, just a thin layer blanket. The wash basin design is not ideal. Gets wet easily. No breakfast provided, but there are lots of cafes nearby. The guest house surrounding is quiet, but sketchy. We had seen 2 cars parked near the guest house with smashed windshields on 2 separate occasions. No other unsafe encounters though.

“Good location”

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. The room and bathroom were decent size for Italy. The layout of the room was a little strange. You had to go down a couple of steps once you entered the room. I'm not sure all rooms are like this. The front desk has limited hours. The owner spoke English… more

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. The room and bathroom were decent size for Italy. The layout of the room was a little strange. You had to go down a couple of steps once you entered the room. I'm not sure all rooms are like this. The front desk has limited hours. The owner spoke English but his replacement didn't. They tried to be very helpful. They provide breakfast but it is served in a restaurant around the corner, it included juice, coffee or tea, and two sweets or sandwiches. It is located around the corner from the train station. We took the tram from the airport to the train station and walked ten minutes to the hotel. One thing to mention is that the hotel is located in a building with another hotel and offices. You had to walk up three flights of steps to get to the room, so be prepared.

The description of the room was i think from somewhere else , 'cause the real room was totally different from the Photos and the description (not that bad but different) the room itself was ok , but the bulding was really old cold and Something stinky , the service got no idea what english means (i can speak italian otherways i think is something like impossible to comunicate) , and something nervous and not kind ... just 1 hour per day at the reception and helpless .
