“Exceptional.”
Fabulous hotel. Exceptional service. Staff are wonderful. Exec lounge is the best I've been to. Crew of note- Michaela in the lounge was exceptional and pranesh on the desk was a star. They all were tbh. I used Marriott globally and this is top 3
