I had an amazing stay at Hotel Cleopatra Palace Tenerife and couldn’t be more satisfied with everything it offered. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional service. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a balcony offering stunning views. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, especially the pool area. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—diverse, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The location is unbeatable, right on the beachfront and close to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. “Disappointed”

A hotel that is living of its reputation,rooms very tired and dated not even tea and coffee facilities which should be as standard,shouldn’t have to upgrade to get the basics,bed which consists of two beds pushed together and hard as hell,really disappointed.

Had a 5 nights stay here 23-28 of November 2024. Had a 5 nights stay here 23-28 of November 2024. On arrival we was greeted by very friendly reception staff and was given a glass of cava we was then shown to our room I did find the room quite basic only one plug socket on the side of the bed the lights are not very bright the net curtain one side wasn’t on properly so my husband tried to fix it but the rail was broken so we had to live with the net curtain not on properly the bed is two single beds pushed together and are so uncomfortable to sleep on the bed is quite hard and we found the pillows uncomfortable to am a very fidgety person in bed and every time I turned, I could feel the bed move because the bed is on wheels I didn’t like that feeling of movement getting in and out of the hotel with our keycard turned into a bit of a challenge it took a few times of putting the card in and out of the machine near the doors to get in and out of the hotel this was the same of going into our room, it took a few attempts before we got in it got quite annoying. Breakfast was ok but I just couldn’t eat anything from the so called hot buffet section it wasn’t hot and it wasn’t even lukewarm it was cold so I just had breakfast from the fresh eggs part which was very nice and it’s obvious they reuse food from the previous day. Things I liked about this hotel is very close to the beach restaurants bars and shops clean towels each day our room was cleaned each day but not to a standard I would class has clean just a quick flick would I stay here again am not sure but if I had my children with me I definitely wouldn’t just because of the breakfast
