This is a gem of a resort and booked a 5 day break on a whim and what a great booking this turned out to be. Resort facilities, staff, pools, food, drinks, weather were brilliant. We did a few excursions to Mahmya and desert buggies which were close by (within 1hr). Great for couples, families and we will definitely be returning in 2025 for some winter sun.

Our first time here and will definitely be back. A lot of options food wise, different every day and accommodates for vegetarians and vegans nicely. All the staff are super friendly and the animation team make the trip much more enjoyable by making sure you are okay at appropriate times, they also do fun games and activities that you can take part in. There are plenty of bars to get refreshments from all over the resort, and the menus for drinks is also great. They do advise you not to leave the resort unless you have a transfer booked to take you, however there are a few shops just outside which we were perfectly fine using. Overall it is an amazing holiday with no major flaws.

First of all we had a really good experience at jaz bluemarine and would recommend to anyone, I would definitely come back. Pros Food in the buffet was decent and we had no problems at all with food poisoning, we just avoided drinking water, ice and anything that might have been washed in the water. All of the food in the bars was nice. Was enough sunbeds for everyone, no problems at all. Staff were amazing everywhere. Hotel was very clean Some of the pools are heated which was nice for the time of year. Resort is beautiful, really nice for walking in the evening, the running track is a nice touch also. Burger bay restaurant was amazing Good location from airport Cons I think a variation in the buffet restaurants would be good, from what i experienced even though the buffets do change on a daily basis, they all change the same and serve identical food everyday. Soft drinks could really be improved, the juices are too sweet Deserts look the part but the textures are wrong, you will understand when you try them Personal cons I think some variation on chicken thighs, by the end of the holiday we got abit sick of chicken thighs and would prefer the option of chicken breast. I know you have explained the water situation multiple times, but I really struggle to get past that I can’t get bottled water in a all inclusive hotel, however you can get some from the local shops. The gym is adequate but it isn’t big enough for the size of the resort, struggled to complete a proper workout because of how busy it was. Something that won’t affect many people but I think putting a few teles in one of the many bars to play football matches would be an amazing touch, the only bar that had the footy on was one tv in a tiny room. Can’t think what else to mention but anything that isn’t a con, you can assume was excellent. If the hotel could improve on any of the cons it would be one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever visited.
