“Comfy sleep in tired looking hotel”
We stayed here 3rd Jan for one night because we were visiting a dying relative in the queen Alexandra hospital. Was a nice hotel, needs a good overhaul and updating. “Workshop weekend ”
Although the room was dated and basic, it was clean and equipped with tea/coffee making and toiletries. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff were helpful and asked without prompting about allergies, my allergy was catered for.

“Comfy over night stay which didn't break the bank.”
Reception is very welcoming as well at the restaurant staff. Had dinner which was delicious and filling, I do think the full English breakfast could be improved e.g. less beans more sausages? Beds are comfy, but bathroom facilities like taps are quite average. Good option for the price.

“Not disabled friendly!”
Just spent a night here, I am a disabled person, no facilities at all in the hotel for a disbled person. No walk in shower, but was supplied with a mat for the bath, no grab handes at all in bath.
