“Paradise in a great location”

We chose this hotel after cancelling my hotel in Gallipoli because I read you have to leave your car at port and walk with your luggage to the hotel. This obviously wasn’t going to work because we are from the USA, and are here for a month. I found this hotel after my search online, and chose it because of the excellent reviews, Photos, and amenities. The hotel met all our expectations. The staff were incredible. They were always ready to help and always professional. The room was beautiful as was the hotel. The pool was awesome and breakfast was great. Overall there is not one bad thing I have to say about this gem of a hotel. We look forward to visiting Giardino Delle Pini in the future. Grazie siete stati grandissimi.

This hotel is quite amazing! The staff cannot do enough for you, each and every one is incredibly helpful despite our dire lack of Italian! The pool is lovely and the whole peace and quiet is incredible, and I say that as a father of a family with two near teenage children! The suite is great for a family of four, probably wouldn’t want to be here for too long as there is no space aside from the two bedrooms but bathroom is huge! The gym is pretty underwhelming. The spa is quite cute. Food is nice but a little overpriced for what it is. Breakfast is fantastic, kids are happily doing a four course breakfast in the morning! Overall this is a proper boutique hotel with amazing staff and facilities and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for a short stay.

“Wonderful ”

My friend and I loved this hotel. The facilities were excellent: spotlessly clean and well maintained. My friend and I loved this hotel. The facilities were excellent: spotlessly clean and well maintained. The big beautiful pool was quiet (felt like a pool in a private villa during our pre breakfast swims and late night laps). Loads of sun loungers and umbrellas throughout the day. The gym was good enough for our needs, cross-trainer, treadmills, bike and multipurpose weights. The pool bar guy was really nice, like all the staff nothing was too much trouble. I lost my smart watch at the beach and the staff called the lido and police to help me find/report it, eventually the manager and an member of English speaking staff took me to the police station so I could get a report for travel insurance purposes. Above and beyond! The breakfast was great. Warm croissants and pain au chocolate available. Plus cereals, yoghurts, breads including mini olive rolls, cheese meat, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Too many sweets treats to mention fresh melon (all varieties), cherries, kiwi l, pineapple and apricot. Coffee made to order proper coffee big usual hotel coffee ‘push button’ stuff. We over indulged! Thank goodness for the gym and pool. The hotel restaurant also had a glorious anti pasti section in the evening. The spinach pastry a favourite but the aubergine worthy of note. (Vegetarian mains not quite as thrilling). Really wish I knew the name of our favourite staff members to thank them for a great experience. Reception were helpful, again nothing to much trouble. Happy to research our requests - jet skiing for example. We made great use of the fresh beach towels daily. Reception staff managing to hide their smiles as we mispronounced towels in Italian. Coming home after a long day at the hotels partner lido (beautiful beach - the best I’ve seen in Europe) to a freshly made room everyday with fresh towels was a treat a novelty which did not wear off. The shower was great, great temperature with heavy water fall and additional jets. The room looked over an olive grove where the sunset behind. Double patio doors - French style balcony. Mini bar handy. Didn’t use safe. Felt total secure large gates locked at night - night porter operated. Perfect size property no trouble finding car parking spaces or sun beds even in July when we stayed. We didn’t make use of spa/wellness facilities - or tennis court -may do next time. Would love to return.

Hotel was lovely and staff were fantastic. We were half board for 7 nights and the menu didn't really change, food quality was good and service fantastic. also at the pool bar they ran out of a number of items including tiramisu. On asking staff they said it was near the end of season so they would not be restocking. I found this very poor service as would expect their standards to be the same for the full season. They even ran out of bottled beer on the last night and only had gluten free beer. Pool was lovely and room (suite)was very nice however the strangest thing was they had a kettle but there was no electric point near to it and as the room had 2 different electric sockets we had to plug it in in the bathroom. The bathroom and shower was very large and high end and comfortable bed.
