Overall my personal experience is far beyond any other hotel I've ever been. Use to travel pretty often to Heilbronn, and Schloss Heinsheim, is my second home in Germany. Great place and cosy where to stay in, and by far the best customer service experience from the entire staff. As you step into the castle for checking in, you receive a warm welcome, and a courtesy refreshment. As well you have a large variety of drinks in your room. Breakfast is super healthy, fresh, and delicious with a large variety of options to start the morning, always included in the room price. It worth every single Euro. PRICE/PRODUCT RATIO = 100/100.

authentic small German castle just 7 min from highway but absolutely quiet. before the reservation is finished you get a good beer as a welcome-drink and a bottle of water as a farewell gesture. nice service personal. beautiful original stucco ceilings, in lots of rooms. ask if you can amble around. there is a chapel too. restaurant has attentive but not pestering waiter, menu is small but well composed, you ll find something for your palate. wine (and all food indeed) comes from the immediate neighborhood. great for a stopover but also for some quiet days. well, you can get married there too...

“Charming Hotel”

Really nice old Schloss, with special rooms and a very good breakfast. Friendly stuff and a special stay compared to normal hotels. We would really like to come back and sepnd another night in this lovley place.

This is an old-style inn on an estate with several outbuildings and large grounds, and with a quality restaurant. It is on a hill above a small village with virtually no amenities and just one or two small daytime eateries, so for your evening meal you either eat on-site (the restaurant is lovely but a bit pricey, reservations advised) or plan to drive several kms. Our room was large and quiet (I think all rooms would be quiet!) We had to bring our luggage up a small elevator and then negotiate a half-flight of stairs. If you have mobility challenges, check before booking to see if your needs can be accommodated, also be aware that the driveways are gravel, not paved and the property is on a hillside. Breakfast was an excellent buffet, provided in an elegant dining room with linens on the tables.
