This place was great! We woke up too early to enjoy the coffee and weren't there long enough to use the pool, but the owners were very nice. They gave us a map of the city and directed us to a wonderful Mayan restaurant. It's a little bit too far out from the center of town to walk, but we took an uber and it was only $20 pesos. Would definitely stay here again!

“Quiet, Clean hotel with very helpful staff”

This is a great little quiet hotel with great staff who are so helpful. We stayed here for 2 nights, and found that it offered all that we needed. This is a great little quiet hotel with great staff who are so helpful. We stayed here for 2 nights, and found that it offered all that we needed. Comfortable beds, quiet relaxing room, swimming pool, and coffee & cookies to start the morning. Staff were helpful and friendly. Is a short bus ride from the central plaza of downtown, but was worth it, since we enjoyed our stay immensely

“Ok but will not recommend”

This is family owned B&B style hotel. The hotel has 6 rooms. My family and I unfortunately got the worst room in this hotel. All other 5 rooms face the small pretty garden. This is family owned B&B style hotel. The hotel has 6 rooms. My family and I unfortunately got the worst room in this hotel. All other 5 rooms face the small pretty garden. Our room is the only one that's located in the center of the building. Because of this, our room has very poor natural lightening and ventilation. If we don't keep the air conditioning on, we feel suffocated inside the room because we don't get fresh air from the window. The worst part about this room, is that the owners place a refrigerator right in front of the door, as you can see from the picture. As of the location, the hotel is about 30 minutes away walking from the downtown area of Merida. There is nothing nearby the hotel, no restaurant, no grocery. Thus, if you choose to stay in this hotel, you will just have to take taxi or walk half hour everyday to eat out. The hotel staffs are friendly enough but only few young male staffs speak ok English. Overall, the hotel is ok but I would definitely not recommend it.

This is a family owned/run hotel. The family is amazing, they spoke English which was wonderful for me and my daughter. The some was super, he provided directions and anything we needed. Abraham, who works in the evening was equally as helpful. They we are all very sweet and friendly, which is great when traveling with children. The room was VERY clean and neat. The hotel has a great Mexican feel with the beautiful tiles on the floor and furniture. The pool and out door patio area was so pretty and relaxing. The hotel is close to the Centro which was perfect. We will be back again next year for our trip to Mexico.
