The hostel is located in a very central area of Madrid and at the same time inside the rooms the noise of the Gran Via is quite limited as the rooms overlook the internal streets or an internal courtyard of the condominium. The staff is very helpful and very present as there is a reception inside the structure. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. The room is furnished with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a small bench. The window is equipped with a roller shutter and curtains. The hostel has three shared bathrooms, one with a bidet and one with a shower. The quality/price ratio, given the hotel's location, makes it very attractive.

“Good value, spotless, peaceful in the middle of town!”

I found this place clean and amazingly quiet. Plus it was in the centre of town and the price I paid was value for money. I would stay here again and recommend if you’re happy with simple things done well. The location and the fact it was so quiet makes it a good option if on a budget.

The best thing about this place it’s the location, just a few steps away from Gran Via, the famous shopping area. Also near to plethora of great restaurants and bars. The hostel itself is modest but clean and neat. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in September. The hotel is fantastic when it comes to location. It is only 2 min walk to the nearest metro station and is in the centre of the shopping district and very close to the ‘gay area’. Staff are friendly and the rooms are cleaned everyday. I feel if this hostal was given a lick of paint and the bedding was updated, the place would present a very different feel. The hostal is dated in presentation. The only other problem is that there was no air con just a fan in the room. Maybe this is something they could look at in the future.
