“Gluten free Breakfast”

Fantastic friendly staff especially Kate! She was super helpful, thank you, we will definitely return. Great to get to off the motorway. “Lovely hotel”
Great hotel! Very cheap! Staff were friendly, Magdalena was especially welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was inside and I think you can have evening meals but we was seeing family so didn’t try, breakfast was very good though, it was all you eat and a great price!

“Been in better Premier inns”
Both lifts weren't working, was put on 3rd floor. wasn't able to change rooms to a lower floor, even though I have problems walking upstairs and my heavily pregnant daughter was with me who also struggled up the stairs. The restaurant was closed due to electrical issues, so no food available

“Lovely staff”
Staff were great. Bathroom needed updating. Hotel had a kitchen electric problem so had to close for 2 out of the 3 days we were there.
