This lovely one bedroom apartment (48 sq.mt) is extremely bright and cozy; it is set apart by its refined details, including exposed beams in all rooms and a vault ceiling in the living room. The property also comes with double glazed windows, air conditioning and mosquito nets. The apartment opens into a spacious day area featuring both a comfortable relaxation corner, furnished with a TV set, a white leather sofa, a bookcase and a 4-seater dining table, and a kitchen, fully-fitted with microwave and dishwasher. The day area leads into a small anteroom furnished with two single beds (Murphy beds)*. The anteroom leads in turn to the double bedroom, furnished with a spacious closet and a chest of drawers, and to the bathroom with shower stall. Linens and towels provided. The apartment comes with parquet flooring (gres); the bathroom has tiles. *when the single beds are folded out, they offer a bunk bed. During the day they can be closed to fully enjoy the space provided. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need.
