All-Inclusive Regulations in the Balearic Islands…
On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“We love you George”
We have been staying in Lindos for the past 14 years and always go back to George. The apartments are in a fantastic position - far enough out of Lindos centre to be quiet but only minutes away from the supermarket (in particular Dimitri's - the nicest guy in the world). We have been staying in Lindos for the past 14 years and always go back to George. The apartments are in a fantastic position - far enough out of Lindos centre to be quiet but only minutes away from the supermarket (in particular Dimitri's - the nicest guy in the world). If you want to sit and chill after a lovely meal, drinking Mythos in the moonlight, you cannot beat George's courtyard We always request room 1 and have never haqd a problem. George is very friendly and good to have a chat with - one year we had a powercut and his dad came and sorted it out within the hour. Lindos is gorgeous and everyone makes you feel welcome - especially Yannis at the Acropolis restaurant . It's true that George is at the top of the hill but that's great for us - and the pool at Lindos view is only a minute away.

“Lovely Lindos”
Our third stay in Lindos so we knew what to expect apart from the trek to George Studios. We read the previous review before going but just didn't believe the hike back to the studio could be that bad, but it was! It didn't spoil our holiday though. Our third stay in Lindos so we knew what to expect apart from the trek to George Studios. We read the previous review before going but just didn't believe the hike back to the studio could be that bad, but it was! It didn't spoil our holiday though. Once you accept it you just get on with it. The steps just outside the studios are the worst part as no rails and quite steep and treacherous although can be avoided if you want to go the longer way round. George the owner is very nice and also works on the beach sunbeds. The studios themselves are very good with a wet floor shower which dries in about 10 minutes. George recommended some restaurants for us where the owners are Lindos people as a lot of them are rented out each year by outsiders. Amongst others he recommended were the Acropolis (two of the waiters also work in the beach taverna to the right on the main beach and are so comical), Ceasars, Dionnysis and Stephany's (next door to each other) all have roof-top areas and we enjoyed them all. In the evening we like to sit outside Pals people watching and find it fascinating wondering where people have come from. We will definitely be going back but will try some studios a bit nearer the centre. Enjoy!
