“Great little respite”
My car broke down in Alterus. 102 degrees. I needed a place to wait for the part I needed and the Modoc was just what I needed. Kind staff. Thank you Anniebell. Good rate and AC. It was close to the parts store and close to good food. Most of all it was restful

“Great bargain!”
Stayed here for three nights with the family. This place was perfect for our needs. The room was very clean and had nice linens. The shower was clean and hot! Kitchen use available. Owner and staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and kind.

Quiet clean,, and very nice people. close to shopping. has microwave in ever room with free coffee and always clean towels. has internet, and cable. has air conditioner in every room. has lowest price in town.
