“Nice and comportable”
Perfect and central position in the heart of the city. Bus station at about 5 minuts away from the hostal. The main restaurant and attactive of the city can be reached in few minutes. The beach is about 20 minutes by bus. Nice room and kind person. I would suggest it.

“Central location”
We stayed here for three nights during La Tomatina which the receptionist did not appear too thrilled about. The place is in an excellent location in the city, a 20 minute walk from Estacion Joaquin Sorolla and a 40 minute walk from the city of arts and sciences. The twin room was basic but comfort… more

“Great Location and Room”
[+] In a great location to explore all of the city sights of Valencia! Clean, comfortable and secure! [-] Valencia can be very hot throughout the day and night, our room was very hot! There was a fan supplied though but no aircon - if you are not good with heat maybe find somewhere with aircon!

“Subpar stay, but great part of town”
Our stay at Hostal El Cid was subpar, to say the least. The staff was unfriendly and was unwelcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay. Don't be deceived by "hostal" in the name. It wasn't like a hostel, but more of a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. Okay stay for one night, but could… more
