My boyfriend and I stayed at 'Day by Day' Hotel for 3 nights (12th-15th July 2017) and had a brilliant time. The owner couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. He gave us a map and showed us all the best places to visit which was very helpful. We provided us with a contact number to call if we needed his help with anything and even insisted on carrying our luggage to the room. The room i booked was a family room as this was the only room left at the time of booking ( pictures showed a room decorated black, white and red) but the room we got was a double room (decorated Pink) which did have an extra bed put in, although we didn't need this anyway! The room we got was still nice and suited us well so we didn't mind. Be careful when booking a room that accomodates more people than you need as we still had to pay city tax for 3 people even though there was just the 2 of us in a double room, but it wasn't much anyway. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Air conditioning was good however we weren't allowed to leave it on when we went out which left the room very warm to return to as it was around 35 degrees in mid July. There was a communal kitchen area with anything you would need including cooking equipment, coffee machine, microwave etc. The owner also left us water and juice in the fridge every morning which was a lovely gesture. The hotel is very close to Vatican City and restaurants etc. On our check out day we were given the opportunity to leave our luggage for as long as we liked. I Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. Loved Rome, and Loved this hotel! Thank You!

“Great location”

Really enjoyed our stay here. In fantastic location close to Vatican and fab food places that aren't touristy. Clean and comfortable enough. Shower was a tight squeeze for my partner. Very small. And make use of the lift as it's on top floor.would stay again.

The apartment is on the 5th floor of an elegant building in a central location. Within the apartment there are 4 en suite rooms and a central area where breakfast is provided and there are facilities to store and cook food. Our room was very clean as was the communal area. Many places of interest are within walking distance of the apartment. There is also a supermarket nearby and a number of bars and restaurants. We did not meet the owners and only saw a member of staff on our last day. He was helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage after check out. The only criticism we have is that we had to pay an extra charge because we arrived after 7pm. This was not stated at the time of booking. Overall we liked the apartment and the location.
