Sonesta Northwest is a very nice hotel, clean rooms, and fair price. The room was extremely spacious and clean. The hallways were quiet and clean as well. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk clean was friendly and knowledgeable of the hotel and the surrounding area. Overall, my stay at Sonesta was an 8/10. It would've been a 10 out of 10 but there was an issue with the cooling/heating system in my room. If they get that issue fixed, it would very a perfect 10 out of 10.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my extended visit to Sonesta Atlanta Northwest. Tanjia and Pat exemplified professionalism and maintained excellent communication throughout my stay, even offering valuable support regarding my ongoing situation. The front desk team, including Taylor and Silvia, were always receptive to my questions and concerns. Joseph greeted me with a warm smile every day, making my experience even more pleasant. I also want to acknowledge the overnight staff, Megan and Julie, who took special care of my furry canine companion, which truly made a difference. A special shout-out goes to Deante and Jennifer from the bartending and hospitality crew, who provided outstanding food and beverage service while also sharing recommendations for local attractions. Lastly, the housekeeping staff, particularly Stephanie, Yanet, Margarita, Josseling, and Delmi, ensured that my family and I had a clean and comfortable environment daily. “Can’t recommend this hotel.”

Hotel is just ok. Front desk staff was nice. Rooms are good size. Beds are very small in the double rooms. Rooms could be cleaner. We found hair and dirt in the shower. Hotel is just ok. Front desk staff was nice. Rooms are good size. Beds are very small in the double rooms. Rooms could be cleaner. We found hair and dirt in the shower. The doors slamming and hallways are very loud. We stayed while a basketball team was also staying and it was very noisy late into the night. The biggest complaint is that we were asked to leave the lobby b/c we brought food in. I have never stayed at a hotel that asks guests to leave the lobby b/c they were eating. As a paying guest, why can’t I bring my own food in late at night? In addition, paying to park in a lot the hotel owns is ridiculous. Add it to the hotel rate. We had to stay here for a sports tournament but I can safely say I will not be looking at Sonesta properties in the future.
